Property

All new SNF Property developments are designed to meet or exceed current energy efficiency standards. We prioritise sustainable materials, low-carbon construction methods, and green space in every scheme.

Transport

SNF Transport is actively transitioning its fleet towards lower-emission vehicles, with a clear programme to reduce carbon intensity across our logistics operations.

Retail

SNF Retail businesses commit to responsible sourcing, reduced packaging, and waste minimisation across their supply chains.

Construction

SNF Build incorporates whole-life carbon assessment into project planning, and promotes circular economy principles in material selection.

The SNF Green Pledge

SNF Global commits to planting 1,000 trees per year on land managed by the Group — managed directly by the Group, without third-party intermediaries. Native species are selected for biodiversity value. Every tree is tracked, and annual planting reports are shared with our partners and community stakeholders.

It is a small act. But small acts, compounded over generations, become forests.

Community Investment
